Synopsis
A trench rat, promoted against his will to the role of warning signalman in the event of a poison gas attack, recounts his daily experiences during the First World War. An original, critical and humorous perspective, not without compassion for the soldier, trapped like a rat in a cage in the monstrous absurdity of this conflict.
